Educational Qualifications:
Accounts Officer ->
Essential: Graduate in Commerce with 60% of marks from a recognized University with Advanced Accountancy, Financial Management, Auditing, Law and Taxation as major subjects. Diploma in Finance and Accounts or in a related areas.
Desirable: Post Graduate Degree in Commerce or CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance).
Experience: 5 years experience in Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/4600/ 4800 or equivalent grade.
Administrative Assistant ->
Essential: Graduate with 55% marks. 5 years experience in Accounts Department in a large and reputed organization. Knowledge of Typing & use of personal computers and its applications.
Desirable: Degree/ Post Graduation in Commerce with Accountancy, Auditing & Taxation as subjects or Diploma in Financial Management. Experience of handling finance and accounts with particular reference to fund based accounting for Projects, payroll administration and budget preferably of large or medium sized organization of repute. Experience of finalization of accounts and balance sheet with broad awareness of General Financial Rules applicable to Grant-in-Aid Institutions. Good communication and drafting skills in English.
Clerk ->
Essential: Graduate with 50% marks Knowledge of typing and use of personal computers and its applications. One (1) year experience as Clerk in accounts section of a large and reputed organization.
Desirable: Good communication and drafting skills in English. Knowledge and experience of preparation and finalization of accounts and drawing of balance sheet.
